Booking Policy
:: Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email sent to the guest.
:: Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation, with the balance due 1 day before arrival.
:: Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
:: Identification: Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in for all adult guests.
Cancellation Policy
:: Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
:: Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 07 Days of the check-in date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
:: No-Show Policy: No refunds are provided for no-shows.
:: Weather Policy: Cancellations due to weather will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds or rescheduling will be at our discretion.
Check-In and Check-Out Policy
:: Check-In: Check-in is from 1:00 PM onwards. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
:: Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional fees unless pre-arranged.
:: Key Collection: Keys are provided upon arrival and should be returned upon departure.
